MELISSA DICE
Melissa joined One Eighty Consulting in August 2005, bringing a wealth of experience in research. She works with our Government Affairs Consultants in making sure our client’s needs are taken care of.
Prior to joining One Eighty Consulting, Melissa worked at Vista Health Plan as a Credentialing Provider Support Specialist. Previous to this, Melissa was a Senior Consumer Complaint Analyst with the Subscriber Assistance Program at the Agency for Health Care Administration. She researched Florida Statutes to determine if the consumer’s complaint was within the Agency’s regulatory jurisdiction. She also researched the consumer’s insurance policy and conferred with the health plan representative to resolve consumer’s complaints. In addition, she responded to assignments received from the Governor, Legislator and Agency Secretary’s office.
Melissa has also worked in the areas of corrections, health care and growth advocacy.
Melissa is attending college to obtain a degree in Art History. She currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida with her son, Nicholas. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling and the arts.
